Hollywood is coming to town this summer. You could be a part of the glitz and glamour at the Downbeach Film Festival. We’d like to invite you and your organization to have a starring role in this exciting new event by becoming a sponsor. Our event depends on the gracious and generous gifts of organizations like yours.

The inaugural festival will premiere this summer, Friday, August 8th through Sunday, August 10th. The mission of the Downbeach Film Festival is to promote new films, showcase filmmakers and celebrate the art of filmmaking.

An opening night reception and film preview kick off the festival, followed by two full days of festival features and short, workshops in filmmaking and screenwriting, and commencing with an awards presentation on Sunday night. We will also honor a cinematic artist with a retrospective.

The year-round populous of Downbeach more than doubles its size in the summer to more than 55,000 in Ventnor, Margate and Longport. Many of the summer residents have homes in the Philadelphia/Cherry Hill area, giving you the opportunity to double your visibility to pitch your organization.

We have three levels of sponsorship available: Sun, Surf and Sand. Each level is detailed on the following page. We will also align ourselves with a charitable organization such as the Shirley Mae Breast Cancer Assistance Fund and the Margate Education Foundation to share in a portion of the proceeds from ticket and merchandise sales and submission fees for films and screenplays.
